DIRECTIONS: From Sagamore Bridge Rotary: Cross the Sagamore Bridge and follow route 6 to route 6A-North Truro. Horizons Beach will be on your left on the ocean. From Boston: Take route 24 south to 1-495 south or take route 3 south to the Sagamore Rotary. From New York / Connecticut: Take 1-95 to Providence, R.I., then take 1-195 east to route 25 east and follow to the Sagamore Bridge Rotary.
