Barnstable, Cape Cod Golf Courses

Next to its beaches, Cape Cod's golf courses are some of the area's most popular attractions. Temperate weather allows the avid golfer to play much of the year. Graced with over 20 golf courses, the Cape has developed a reputation as New England's premier golfing destination.

To reserve a tee-time, plan to call at least a day in advance (the earlier the better). But be warned: the Cape's golfing community is both large and ravenous in their appetite for the links.

For enthusiasts who crave the golfing life, numerous country club communities exist with condominiums, apartments and homes located right on their courses. These include the Holly Ridge Club in Sandwich, Willowbend and New Seabury in Mashpee, King's Way in Yarmouthport, and Ballymeade in North Falmouth.
